Kelilah is a Sydney-based singer-songwriter who makes music as a creative outlet for navigating complex emotions and experiences. She uses a fusion of jazz, soul, and R&B to craft songs that inspire understanding, challenge perspectives, and create a culture of acceptance. Her artistry is shaped by music legends such as Donny Hathaway, Nina Simone, Chet Baker, and Ella Fitzgerald, whose song Misty introduced her to jazz in 2014.

Immersed in music and composition since childhood, Kelilah has refined her craft through years of music theory, piano and vocal training, and dedicated practice. Formative experiences such as performing with audition-based choirs and ensembles in venues including the Town Hall and Sydney Opera House laid the foundations for Kelilah’s identity as an artist.
